Step Up programming is facilitated by an on-campus educator who helps teens explore careers, strengthen their social-emotional skills, and connect to mentorship opportunities and developmental experiences in their communities.

2023-2024 school year curriculum:
- 12 weeks of social emotional learning through a career exploration lens
- 1 corporate field trip
- 1 week on financial literacy
- 1 week on mental health and well-being
